The Division of Allergy and Immunology is staffed by Board-Certified physicians and highly skilled and trained nurses that provide treatment for patients with nasal allergies, sinus problems, bronchial asthma, hives, food allergies, medication allergies, and eczema. Diagnostic techniques provided include pulmonary function testing and allergy testing for airborne allergens, pollen, mold, dust, pets and food sensitivities.
The Division also provides evaluation and treatment of patients with recurrent infections, for possible immunodeficiencies.
The Division of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology treats infants, children, and adolescents afflicted by allergies. Additionally, the division evaluates and treats patients with recurrent infections for possible immunodeficiencies. Both out and in-patient evaluation are available. A new specialized immunology laboratory offers appropriate tests for diagnosis of these disorders. Skin testing and hypo-sensitization are done to determine specific allergies in indicated patients.
